We use Twilio (or a comparable carrier-compliant provider) to send SMS/MMS. Twilio processes data as needed to transmit messages. Their handling of data is described in Twilio’s own privacy documentation.
We retain information only as long as needed for event coordination and reasonable follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.

This service is intended for adults coordinating a private event. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
